LTD., along with its partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, licensees, licensors, and affiliates (referred to collectively as the "Company", "we" or "us"), develops, publishes, markets, and commercializes a variety of games for use on different platforms, including mobile devices (referred to as our "Applications"). Through these Applications, we offer gaming experiences and social gaming services, including the ability to make purchases.
ICON INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. determines the purpose and methods of processing your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy and therefore acts as a "data controller" of such data.

We do not collect any special categories of personal information, as defined by the GDPR, such as health-related information, information about race or ethnicity, or sexual orientation. However, we do receive "sensitive personal information," as defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws, which includes communications content when using our Services to send messages. You have the option to decline providing personal information, and you can utilize web browser or operating system controls to limit certain types of automatic data collection. However, if necessary information is not provided or allowed, certain services or features may not be fully available or functional.
4.Mobile Identifiers, Cookies, and Additional Tracking Mechanisms
We utilize various tracking technologies, collectively referred to as "Cookies," such as cookies (including Flash cookies), transparent GIFs (commonly known as "web beacons"), mobile analytics and advertising IDs, server log analysis, and other similar technologies, both currently available and those developed in the future. These technologies are employed to operate our Services effectively, improve your user experience, and gather information, including details about your Service usage, identifiers, and device information.
Mobile analytics and advertising IDs are generated by mobile operating systems (such as iOS and Android) and function similarly to cookies on websites, allowing apps to access and utilize them. Our apps include software that grants access to these mobile IDs by our third-party analytics and advertising partners.
Information from mobile devices may be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. However, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from this sharing and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

(3) Our usage of LiveChat SDK
For optmize the in-services chatting experience, we have intergrated the LiveChat SDK. LiveChat SDK may collect the following data:
(1)Identifiers: Contact information and Account-related details, e.g. your full name, email address, physical address, phone number and IP address, user name, password, and other identifiers you provide;
(2)Commercial information: Transactional information, e.g. products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories and tendencies, payment data, Account information and supporting tickets;
(3)Electronic and network activity information: This includes records of your interactions with Livechat Engagements (e.g. Website, chat window and chat logs, Website history) and other records, e.g. pages visited, links clicked, referring URL, records on how you reached and used Livechat Engagements, performance metrics, start and end times of your interactions and other actions taken on Livechat Engagements and details of such actions;
(4)Device and geolocation: e.g. IP address, operating system, device type, browser details, country preferences, mobile network information, and device phone number, location and your geographic region;
(5)Shared Content: e.g. data you share during events, on social media, community, blogs, via chat window on Livechat Website, survey and feedback forms, etc;
(6)Inferences: Profiles created based on your data reflecting your interests, characteristics, preferences, and demographics.

Accessing the virtual items you've purchased and fulfilling our contract with you or potentially entering into a contract with you requires the provision of your purchase information to Symbol. Failure to provide this data will prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations and providing the necessary services to you. Similarly, providing your email address is essential for receiving payment receipts or for logging in to a Service via email. Without this data, you may encounter difficulties purchasing services or logging in to the Services via email.

6.How We Disclose Your Information
We may share deidentified information, meaning information that cannot reasonably identify or be linked to an individual, about our players as permitted by applicable law.

(3) Service providers: We provide personal information to third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf as described in this Privacy Policy, such as customer service support, game play analysts, service hosts, and marketing companies.

Browser or platform controls:

Please note that deleting or rejecting cookies may impact certain features or services on our Sites. Additionally, settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, may be deleted and may need to be recreated.
(2) Global Privacy Control: Some browsers and browser extensions support the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) or similar controls, which can signal to the websites you visit your choice to opt out of certain types of data processing, including data sales and targeted advertising, as specified by applicable law.
